As far as I know, they dont make the MM12 anymore.
They had a lot of problems with them blowing under rated power.
If you bought one thru an authorized retailer, you may be able to get help thru warranty. If not, you may be out of luck.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

no i havent purchased one, i just stumbled upon them which searching for a sub, the only reason i wouldnt go for one is b/c i'd prefer to build my own box so i can learn a bit about car audio. ty for ur reply.
