Anybody using them ?

Thoughts~Comments ?

I`m gonna upgrade from Type 4 to the Bedrocks, but thought I`d get some input first..

Working my way up to the MIT`s I want, but for now the price is right on the AQ`s..

I just ran across a pair of affordable AQ Rockafellers w/dbs......hmmmmm....what to do..?!!!

    Upgrade.

I've used both Type 4's and Bedrocks. Both are great cables for the price. I currently use CV-8's with DBS ($675 retail) and IMO, the Bedrocks are 99% of my CV-8's.

Not surprisingly, Bedrocks are superior to Type 4's in every way. Rockafellers, Gilbralter, Slate, Bedrocks -- just buy 'em.

Have the Bedrocks in the 2-channel rig...have really nothing to compare them to...had 13 gauge IXOS previously...seem to be very transparent and very revealing...noticed a huge improvement right out of the box...will be staying for a while...

Would like to upgrade to all Type 4 in the HT set-up.

I will be selling them as soon as I make a move on the AQ`s..
    I`ll let ya know...

I just need to decide between the Bedrocks, and the Rockafellers w/dba

price tells me the Bedrock is the best bet right now..

I went from Type 4 to AQ Granites (really the same as Bedrock), and liked the upgrade, especially in the bass department. Type 4's can be a little thin in the mid-bass, and touch hot in the treble.

I think it's a worthwhile upgrade. Bedrock might be the last upgrade you make.
