awsome, and seperates REALLY make a difference for powering them.

Which ones are you looking at? 2, 2a, 2b? I personally think the 2's are the sleepers of the SDA line. I love mine.
Certainly look into separates if possible, regardless of the model. As Cathy will tell you, 200 watts per channel to really make them sing. I ran 2a's long ago with 100 watts in a smaller room and that was plenty. I am currently running some 2b's with 100 watt Nakamichi PA5.
Also remember to factor in the price of upgrading the tweeters. The silks will mellow out the top end a good bit....

Im looking at getting some 2A's myself. A very respectable speaker without
being the giant size of some of the top end models. -
The 2's not 2a's. I don't even really have a use for them but I think they will sound good on my 2 channel rig.Michael
