I just happend across a tribute to Jame Taylor, in HD and DD. A all star line up of artist playing his songs with his band.
The one thing that struck me is how good all these different artist from all genre's sound performing his songs. To me that is a testament to how good a song writer JT really is.
My wife and I danced to a JT song at our wedding for our first dance.

I am seeing a lot of Concert type vids on DirectTV, one of the HD channels carries many of them and they have CD-free or something like that channel that has them I record many of them to the tivo an enjoy them at my leisure, JT has talent no doubt I have one of his SACD's that is always enjoyable if you are not in a head banging mood.
