Folks, I am thinking about selling my Elite VSX-53tx and I have no idea what it is worth. It is in excellent condition.

I'd say 200-300 bucks if it's pristine.

The last one on ebay was bid up to $306 but didn't sell because the reserve price was not met.
I'd say put it on craigslist for $250 or $275.

Dunno really. I just got it actually, with full warranty from an authorized Elite Dealer. Just an overstock that they had had and overlooked. It is a nice receiver. I can't get it set up quite right, you may be the guy to talk to since you have a 52txi. The biggest reason I would want to sell it would be to get a higher end denon that upconverts HDMI.
