I found this pair about 2.5 hrs away on Craig's list and picked them up Wednesday night. The original wood tops and bottoms have been repainted black using an automotive type spray gun. The finish is actually much better than I was expecting. It looks like a factory job. There are 2 minor issues, both easily repairable. The SDA driver on the right channel has a torn surround and one cabinet does not have feet. A set of spikes and a replacement MW6511 and they will be good as new. Other than that, they sound and looks great. Overall, I am VERY happy w/ my purchase. In my haste to get home Wednesday night, I forgot the SDA cable. The seller is mailing that to me, so I will reserve my listening review until that gets here.

got a pair just like 'em except the tweeter is the SL2500. Love em...you will to (except I like the 2.3's a little bit better).
