So anyone go out shopping today. Since the line to Best Buy went around the building last night we decide just to go out about 7am since we knew we wouldn't get the "HOT" items. I did manage to get my first projector, Infocus IN72, for $599. We also got a Motorola Headset for $14 and a 1 gb flash drive for $10. How about others??

Well I stopped in to Dick's sports for the Bowflex select tech dumbells with free stand and 5.1 bench! First one there, and..... it was a misprint, no free bench just the stand which is the same offer they give every 4-6 weeks. So I passed and went to EB games where there was a sign (Wii line starts here). Missed it by 2 :-( I guess I'm just suppose to finish school first.

I did get 4 Wii games though, it was buy one get one 50% off. So that was good.

I didn't actually buy anything myself, but a friend called me and got me a 4gb Sandisk USB flash drive for $60, I believe. Might have been $70...can't remember which he said.

    +4000.

I went out today only to get a cup of coffee, and I walked there to avoid dealing with even a modicum of traffic.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Office Depot had some early specials earlier in the week. I grabbed a WD My Book 160gb External HD for $50 after rebates.

Mike682, WOW, killer deal on yours. No way I would have wanted to fight with the shoppers today though.

Time to scan the web for deals and let the "Men in Brown" deliver to me.

    John,

Adobe Photoshop is still on sale through BB.com:

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8029858&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat44000050070&id=1157067062027

    Everything else is sold out.

BB handled the morning very well. People were civil and there was only one little issue outside BB where people tried to cut the line when the door opened. Between BB emplyoees stopping the line and the 3 cop cars on patrol they were stopped real fast.

I'm at work today. I made money instead of spend it.

Mike, those are some good deals you got there. Best Buy seemed to have quite a few killer deals. Anyone snag the 61" DLP for a smooth grand?

The TVs were snatched up real fast by the people near the front door. I was towards the middle of the line and I never even heard the BB employees handing out the tickets (they give out tickets for the high demand items before the store opens), that's how fast they went.

Hey Mike, I scored the last $70 250gb My Book that my local BB STILL had on the shelf. Just got home a little while ago. Couldn't believe that thing was still on the shelf when I got there.

Same here. No deal is good enough to go out into that madness.
    If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.
