no movie

my wife got (harts war) today, and it was empty, no movie, she called best buys to see if she can return it, and they said ok being it back, how many of you have had the same problem with on movie in the package.

rt-20p surounds
cs-400i front center
cs-350 ls rear center
2 energy take 5, efects
2- psw-650 , subs
1- 15" audiosource sub

lets all go to the next ces.

    Whoa, sounds like my luck. Never heard of this with a factory sealed DVD. But I am sure it could happen. I would just get a laugh out of it and return it.;)

    got the movie, and watched it last night, it a good movie.
