Great Customer Service; Mye Sound

I wanted to rave about Grant at MYE SOUND. About 6 or so weeks ago I ordered 8 Mye Sound points n pads for my SRS 1.2 TLs. Grant told me that he didn't have any of the size I needed in stock and the he would order them. Last Tuesday (11/14) he notified me that he had received the stock and asked if I was still interested but also let me know that the price of brass had gone up. I ordered the 8 points and pads.

He charged me September's price (not the new higher price) and gave me free shipping (from Canada mind you) because I had to wait so long.

I received them today and they are very well made.

To me this is great customer service! He has a customer for life.:)

    I have Mye stands on my Magnepan speakers. Grant is one of the gems of the audio business. Excellent products at reasonable prices, with outstanding customer service. He really cares that his customers are happy. Old school business philosophy at its best :cool:

    It's great to hear a story like that. Nowadays customer service seems to be a thing of the past. More companies need to kick it up a notch in regards to their customer service.

    Hi! I also ordered some points from the same place which arrived today. I agree with you about Grant; he was great to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. Great customer service seems to be hard to find lately.
