Just wondering, does ATI make amps for Adcom & Outlaw, or does Adcom make them all?

I have always read ATI makes Outlaw, no idea about Adcom.Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
Outlaw ICBM - crossover
Beringher BFD - sub eq
Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!

Thanks, I was wanting to trade in my Ati amps for the big Adcom with 300 wattsx7 & balanced inputs. Is there a difference in sq with balanced vs standard inputs? My HT set-up Panasonic front proj, 120 in ws screen, ATI amp,Integra 9.8 pre-pro, 2 Polk rti150, cp 1000, 4 fx 1000, Pioneer blu-ray 2 SVS sub pb 12-ultra 2, & Paragon popcorn popper. ps 3 Coaster leather HT recliners.

As far as I know Adcom has nothing to do with either company. Although the way things change hands now days this may not be true. But as far as I am aware Adcom is just Adcom. There was some talk on the forum before about ATI and Outlaw being similar.

Not really, unless you have runs of cable over 20 feet or so. If your whole system isn't balanced (i.e.; cdp, etc) no advantage. If it comes with a balanced option std then no problem, but I wouldn't pay extra just for that feature."Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. I had noise in my system somewhere. I don't know if it was noisy power lines or what, but flipping back and forth on my Outlaw 7500 from balanced to unbalanced drastically dropped the noise floor when running in balanced mode. I'm guessing the XLR cable's noise cancellation traits helped me.
That doesn't mean I should've ignored that there was noise lurking though.
All my interconnects were less than 10 feet long. Probably most were 1 meter. -
Thanks again everyone! I just received the Adcom gtp-870hd pre-pro with balanced inputs & was wondering if it was worth trading to balanced inputs on a amp. My rca cable lengths are 6 ft.My HT set-up Panasonic front proj, 120 in ws screen, ATI amp,Integra 9.8 pre-pro, 2 Polk rti150, cp 1000, 4 fx 1000, Pioneer blu-ray 2 SVS sub pb 12-ultra 2, & Paragon popcorn popper. ps 3 Coaster leather HT recliners.
