Black Belt!!!

Today my 24 year old daughter (Melinda) was tested and passed to earn a Black Belt in Tae Kwondo. Funny, I used to take her to dance class, baton twirling, cheerleading, etc. during her school years. After all that, the thing that became her passion was martial arts. She has been doing Tae Kwondo and Karate for about 7 years now. Today was a big day for Melinda. She worked hours, weeks, months and years to get to this goal. I'm very glad for her!!

Congrats on the rating. My son (18) has an orange belt in Kick Boxing and Karate. He scares me doing roundhouse kicks, sounds like a baseball bat hitting the wall.>

Congrats to you and your daughter. I know it takes alot of work and dedication to get to a black belt. My brother in law is a 3rd degree black belt and it took him years.
