I'm in Heaven right now!
Looks great in 1080i on a native 1080i display, good surround sound.
Characters are very well detailed.
Blood looks a little cartoonish.
Gun with chainsaw attachment is cool, great gore on that one.

Too bad its only 7 to 10 hours, single walk through. At least RE4 was like four times longer than that............

Thanks for the heads up. I'm taking my time on hard difficulty.

Just figured out the 'curb stomp'!! If you wound an enemy and he kneels down, run up and hit X to finish em off.

I've seen videos of this game, it looks SICK. (in a good way, of course). If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

One thing unique about this game (I thought) was that the dialog was really good. It wasn't cheesy like most games tend to be.

just played it over a buddies house... Its decent. Controls take some time getting used to. I don't like the A command though. Sometimes you are hurrying to take cover and press A real fast but it doesn't and you get shot up to hell. I love the gun with the saw on it though, cutting those things in half never felt so good  .AVR: H/K AVR240

I like how they do the duck and run, it feels pretty realistic.
I think they made it a little to easy to recover your strength. -

I beat it the day I bought the game. It is somewhat short but it is an absolute blast. Now I am going through it on the hardest difficulty. The game is truly phenomenal and the multiplayer is fantastic, especially when playing with friends.// Panasonic AE8000 // Pioneer SC-57 // Polk Audio RTi A9 // Polk Audio CSiA6 //

I was also a bit dissapointed in the length of the campaign mode, but the multiplayer is where you get your money's worth. I've played all nights this past week with friends and its a blast. My fiance keeps telling me I've never been so vocal with a video game before.Brian Knauss

I'm not aware of a single game that I own which doesn't have a LIVE feature. Maybe Oblivion? I own a lot of 360 titles. Go buy yourself one for Christmas, dood. I'd love to catch a couple matches with you sometime.

i most likely will. hopefully my old gamertag of 'Bizill' is still available. i let my old account lapse. i didn't play xbox anymore because i kept wanting only widescreen games. with the 360, i'd have it all. i'm afraid to even imagine how sweet this game would be on LIVE, being that i loved it so much in campaign mode.

Dude...
Played this today on my 360... amazing gameplay, but it gets some getting used to. I'm still confused why I cant jump because I hate being confined to purely walking.... thought the "A" button does make up for it somewhat.

You can't jump because CliffyB was getting sick of shooters where everyone bunny-hopped.
