New sides for my Futon...

Futon currently uses 2" aluminum pipe, painted a satin black...

Basically, I am going to replicate the sides with Walnut and oak - the legs and arm rest will be .5" walnut and oak (two pieces of each) glued together and heavily rounded over with a router...

Will take pics gradually...

To me, it is just a funny project.. hehe
