Has anyone seen any kind of box like the one in my drawing. haha its not that great of a drawing but to get the gist. looks like the old JL 3 12 box for their W0's. That was a great box for the bucks. As for this, no need to have three terminals. Just wire all three to a single terminal so it's easier to unhook and take out (if you ever need to do that).

would it be a bad idea to have a common chamber, or would i want to split it three ways? The jl box is a common chamber.

you mentioned having the ability to do one sub off while the other 2 were playing, while i dont really see the reasoning behind it, would be a bad idea if it was a common chamber.

Common chamber is generally a little louder but requires a lot of bracing. Doing seperate chambers the dividers provide a lot of bracing

well of course. would it be a bad idea to buy a Massive Audio amp off of ebay. Or should i try to stick with actual retailers?

buy authorized. Always. Buying off eBay means you're gambling on if it'll work/be worth the bucks.
