Damn you polk. Those incredible sounding R50 speakers you sale for so cheap has gotten me hooked now. I notice all the higher end Polk speakers are 4 ohms.

My Onkya is speced at 6 ohms so I suppose 4 ohms will kill them. But can I hook up say two LSI25 speakers in series and make them 8 ohms? If I hook them up in series, do I degrade the sound in any way?
Receiver - Onkyo HT-R340

Center -Onkyo SKC-340C
