db650 wiring help!!

I have a 2004 colorado crew cab and I just purchased a set of db6500's for my front doors and a set of db650's for my rear doors. I have a four channel amp that I want to hook these speakers up to, but I don't know how to wire them up to the amp!! Can someone please explain how to me how to hook everything up??? I have the factory cd player and a loc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    I would suggest asking in the car audio section.
    dvd player: samsung DVD-HD850
    receiver: Denon avr5700
    center: polk cs400
    fronts: polk rt800i
    surrounds: Unknown Polk monitor? series.
    sub: svs pb12 isd/v
    tv: 46 inch samsung
