CRS vs CRS+

Has anybody compared the CRS+ with the earlier version of the CRS. The earliest CRS had two tweeters. I thought I would wait for the CRS+.
This CRS is shown with a wood stand. I thought Polk only made metal stands for the CRS.

Those wood stands are not original Polk stands. They look better, but may not be as stable since the original Polks sat on a small "table" frame design.
I have a pair of CRS's. I've also heard the CRS+'s, but not in a side to side comparison to the two tweeter CRS. I would say the sound is generally comparable. I would grab those CRS's if your looking for a pair of SDA's. If you can get them for about $350 or less, you can be assured of getting most if not all of your money back.Carl -
I'm not 100%, but I don't think they are Polk factory stands.
Polk changed the design of the CRS because two tweeters are not needed for the SDA effect.
That pair looks nice and clean but the price is a little high, so is shipping. -
