    I use the 5.1 analog outs for everything; DD, DTS, DD+ and TrueHD. There's not need for any other type of connection. I use the set-up menu in the A1 for all things audio, my Outaw 950 is nothing but a giant volume control knob now.

    Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.

    I still use my opical cable for CD playback. The HD_A1 is a pretty sweet CD player, and that is what i have been useing it for about 95% of the time.
