hi i am looking for a sub that doesnt excel at either ht or music but is a good compromise for the two. if anything id prefer it to be even more musical and i can get a good deal on the psw650 or i would be getting something along the lines of a psw505. do you guys think a psw650 for 200 is worth my time or should i save up to get something a bit nicer, i keep hearing rants and raves of svs and the likes. i have rti70's, csi5, rti6 for rears, denon 2106 for a receiver

SVS does build outstanding subs. But if you can snag a PSW650 for only $200 you won't be hurting any. That would be a lot of bang for the buck.

I used to have a PSW650 myself, and honestly can now say that I preferred it over my new PSW1000. I will eventually rid myself of the 1000 and probably get an SVS. Once I stop messing with the 2ch rig.:D

I have the PSW650 and it's a nice sub. I am trying to sell my old RM7600 HT package so I can get an SVS though.
