need suggestion for speaker placement...
hi,
i have the following polk audio speakers...
floorstanding RTi8
surround fxi3
center CSi5
bookshelf RTi6
my question is where should i place the surround and the bookshelf speakers for best audio? should the bookshelf speakers be behind the listener at about ear-level? and the surround speakers in the middle of the room?
or is it vice-versa that is the surround in the back and the bookshelf in the center of the room?
thank you for any comments or suggestions.

Page 9 has what you need for placement.
The di/bipole speakers (fxi3) do seem to work best for the sides when in a 6/7.1 rig.HT Optoma HD25 LV on 80" DIY Screen, Anthem MRX 300 Receiver, Pioneer Elite BDP 51FD Polk CS350LS, Polk SDA1C, Polk FX300, Polk RT55, Dual EBS Adire Shiva 320watt tuned to 17hz, ICs-DIY Twisted Prs, Speaker-Raymond Cable
