no thoughts. What's done is done. I'm tired of debating politics on this forum and by judging the recent posts of the past 30 days, so are many others. Let's not talk politics at Club Polk. Seriously. It's the very reason why I don't visit much anymore. Nobody wins. Everybody loses. It's the companionship that suffers. Always resulting in a fight with others that in the end have the same interests as me - Audio. More specifically, Polk Audio. Let's talk about that instead.

(edit) that news story is interesting however -- but again, what's done is done. Either way, the voters will decide on the 7th.

Who in their right mind would take the word of, "A former political adviser to Saddam Hussein's son"??? And isn't interesting that he only comes forth with this info one week before the elections. Pure BS!!!

its sad really, you just cant trust any information a week before an election. its all a big game to these people. its like the truth means nothing.

I would be much less suspect of this guy if he told us, maybe, right after the war started? perhaps not a week before a hotly contested midterm?

the american people on both sides of the fence become very stupid and gullible before election time. I cant wait for the midterms to come and go.

how easy it to get a shoddy "press release" like this released on websites like yahoo and google?

I bet it would take less than an hour for me to draft up a press release declaring myself supreme ruler of the universe with quotes from national leaders all over the world signifying their compliance, and get it linked on yahoo and google.

Its really sad that it is so hard to separate fact from fiction in the media today.

Yes, we need to look on how to fix this and figure out how to win the war and stop complaining why we went there. I never agreed about going there in the first place but, since we are there, we need to form a STABLE government and THEN get out. enough said. I will not post in here anymore cause I don't feel like doing another WWIII thread:)

Well all that proves is that he truly meant what he said. Whenever someone apologizes after the fact, its usually their party/employer talking, not them.
