Nice and compact, but it looks like it has a rather hefty Toroidal Transformer indicating a decent power supply.
I assume it is a mono amp with a name like M-block.What is the rated power output?

Rated at 200w/rms at 8ohms, 300 at 4ohms into of course one channel.

What McLoki said, those amps sure look a lot smaller in a home setting.

I think I'd rather have 5 of these stacked oppose to the 5 channel model they have with the same rating. The only problem would be finding outlets for all of them!:o

    Nice amp, enjoy Willow!

Wow that is a mighty midget.
I agree 5 of those stacked would look way cool.

Since I only have one right now I was thinking of hooking it up to my centre speaker. When I buy the other 2 hook those up to my mains.

On another note that puppy is quite heavy. Maybe this weekend I can look in it and submit pics to ****/guts.

Don't let the small size fool you! That sucker weighs in @ 20lbs!!! It should give his center channel plenty of oomph!

Just out of curiosity, is there any kind of heat issue with stacking them? Considering how thin they are, all of the ventilation would be out the top....
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

apparently not as Outlaw indicates they are stackable units.

They run ice cold, but they only recommend stacking 3 of them. I never stacked mine so I couldn't say if it would build up heat.

Check the MBlock Outlaw thread over at Outlaw to see if anyone had any issues.

Sorry Ted, I'm not building any funds for anything! I'm just regaining space back in my livingroom! 1 amp down & the Parasound 1500A will be gone on November 27th when my brother returns home & takes it with him!

It is going to be replacing my old 50wpc Rotel amp that is powering his LSI
    7's!

Why stop at 3? Go for all 5!

As for heat, I have never felt any of my 2200s ( 5 ) and thought "damn thats kinda hot". I have them stacked 2 high, btw. In fact, they run almost cold.

Ok so I hooked up the amp to my centre channel, it has not yet been calibrated, I will do that tomorrow morning. What can I say....WOW ! my csi3 is being powered by this amp. Men's voices more real sounding, dialogue is cleaner and much more rich. My wife even noticed the difference, as soon as she said that, in my mind I said BINGO, now she won't mind me buying 2 others for my mains.
This is my first amp ever, I have always used intergrated amps never external ones. If I'm noticing this much on my centre, I can't wait to hear my 8s being powered by them. So I guess I can say, I'm one third of fully understanding what every one has bee talking about.

That's very cool.. I luv reading stories from people who notice an improvement after adding something to their system. You'll be in for a nice treat once you add the other two mono amps.

have fun. watch all those movies again. ha ha
