XM xrt12 antenna signal level checking?

I remember someone posting some XRt12 antenna setup checking, I having trouble finding it and my tuna is giving me some problems I moved it around a little

No, but a good one.
It was one that someone said do this to get the signal level, I tried it didn't work modified the key sequence a little and reposted instructions. (think I would have wrote them down somewhere?)
