Now I can mix at home!
I just put in an order for a pair of Event APS8's, which should get here in a few days. As of right now I do all the sound design elements, spotting, compositing etc, pretty much everything up to the pre-dub and stemming stage at home however, only having my trusty cans there is no way to make a real mix. Hopefully I will be happy with these. I boiled it down to the Mackie HR824s (which we have in the Mozart suite and they are great monitors) and these Events since they seemed to be the strongest competitors in my price range. I hope I made the right choice. [laugh]
