Viper Audio Amps?

I currently am using two MTX 6500D's to run 4 10 inch MOMOs. I am looking to swap out my 4 10's for two of the new 12's, my question is has anyone heard the new viper line amps? I am looking at getting their 1200watt class d amp and the new four channel that they have. I like my bass...but clarity is much more important to me...if anyone has any reviews that they would like to share on these new amps please let me know.
