Who was in the middle of the stage with the guitar solo about 2:10 into the clip? It was pretty awesome.

Any estimate as to when this was recorded? Man, I don't recognize a single person on the stage. :(

That should be the 1988 Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. George, Ringo, and Yoko Ono were there for the induction of The Beatles. Of course, Paul wouldn't show to give everyone a "Beatles reunion".

I spotted Peter Wolf of J. Geils Band as well.

The guitar solo was played by Jeff Beck, one of the best rock guitarist ever. You can probably see him better in this live performance clip with Carlos Santana and Steve Lukather of Toto fame.

Son, what are we going to do with you? That stage was full of rock legends, easily recognized by most individuals not living in a vacumnn. Bruce Springsteen, Mick Jagger, George Harrison himself-a Beatle. We gotta get you up to speed. You're missing out on some great music.:)
