So far it's been good, PQ and SQ wise. I have DLP TV with HDMI, I used HDMI since I bought it plus have DVD Upconvert with HDMI PLUS using HDMI switch and all works great.

You can't go wrong if you decided using HDMI.

Zero issues, zero complaints. Both my DVD and Sat box use HDMI into the receiver and HDMI out to the TV. Zero problems. Love the ease of connection!
