Okay, Outpost has R15's for $39.98 a pair again.
But I noticed in their ad

that the R15's are "Not Available for Export"
How come ?
If you're willing to pay for the shipping to Timbuktu, why won't Outpost ship them ?
......does Polk have some secret technology imbedded inside the R15 that the U.S. government doesn't want "them" to have ?
