$600 4 Subs

I have my ear on 2 SVS subs based on everyones glowing reviews of SVS subs and the unbelievable customer service from Erik at SVS. He actually recommended that if I could swing it to move up to the plus series of both these subs. I would love to do that but I don't think my wife, 6 and 2 year old would apppreciate the extra umph.

I went to a local store today Sound Scapes ( shout out to F1nut for the recomendation)
They had the
Polk Audio PS505 for $499.95
Definitive PS1000 for 499.00. Aparently it is new because Justine did not know it was a sealed enclosure with a 10"active front firing and a 10" downfiring passsive radiator.
The $100 dollar difference really makes no difference and it is a $28 ups flat rate to ship either SVS.
I have never heard or seen an SVS but......
I am all ears.

SVS smokes both of them.
DT subs suck.
Polk subs are totally outclassed by SVS.
