i recently purchased 2 pairs of MMC650 speakers and C400.4 amp.im planning on purchasing a 10" sub. would i have to have another amp to compensate for the power it will be using?
the sales person suggested i get a 2 channel amp?is he right?

If you buy a powerd sub it will have a self contained amp in the sub itself.
It sounds like you have a 4-channel amp to run the MMC650's, Why did he recommend a 2-channel amp for the sub? Am I missing something? If you bought a passive sub,you mould want a monoblock (1-channel).Michael
