$500 PS3 has HDMI now

Nice TGS news... the $500 ps3 now has HDMI 1.3 support (with officicial DolbyTrueHD support announced too). So, the $500 version is now viable! yay

    Does the hdmi cable come with it? Or do you have to dish out another 60 bucks for it

    You have to buy your own. That's my assumption anyway... from their standpoint, they would be crazy to include one.

    You do need to buy the cable yourself but thank god they are including HDMI now.

    another stunning reminder that while i love the TV's I have, NONE of them have HDMI!!!!!!! :(
