    They;re from the mid 80's early 90's.
Excellent speakers. They're comparable to sda 2 in sound.

I had a pair of these a long time ago I bought at a fire sale in NY for $100 in the burned out stores parking lot! As I recall they were nice sounding laid back speakers.Very neutral in the mids and hi's but no real bottom. I think they were 2 ways, with a dome tweeter and 6.5 or 8" midbass driver. I wound up using them in a studio for getting a different perspective while listening to mixes and wound up cooking both tweeters by accident by overcranking them. They wound up in the dumpster but I remember them being very nice for quite awhile.

DCM comparable to an SDA? Not in a million time frame years...if anything they sound like a DefTech prototype.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Don't get me wrong, cheap is cheap and it's a speaker you should hear....but not keep.
