The Proposition (highly recommended Western)

I watched this the other day and all I can say is this is one of the best Westerns I've seen in a very long time. Great story, some very good acting and some beautiful cinematography of the Australian outback. Some really great stuff here.

    I am so glad someone brought up this film.... it was on my short list for a while, and then I forgot about it. I was told that if you liked Dead Man, you'd enjoy this film.

    I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down.     This is weird. I also recently added this to my Netflix queue after following the "If you liked this... you will like this..." links in Netflix. Glad to hear its that good. Also going to top of queue.
