I know there are quite a group of Krall's fan here, this is her latest album, on sale exclusively with Best Buy for $9.99

This has been a Polkies community service announcement

Btw, I've been listening to it, VG to Excellent on SQ and selection.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Did they release this one in SACD as well? I have all of her previous albums in that format and they sound wonderful.

I'm a new Krall fan. I've got Girls in the other room.

Which is her best CD in your opinion?

I have to say: Live in Paris, for two reasons:
    1. Live performance (always my preference, given the choice)
    2. She sang classic/pop/standard tunes, which in itself have the appeal.

ps: the video is also captivating, seeing her in action in DD/DTS 5.1 backed by Hamilton (drums) and Clayton (bass):

    Njoy!

I bought the new Diana Krall this weekend. I paid $14.99:( The good part is it sounds great. Some nice jazz standards. Cole Porter, Johnny Mercer and others. A lot more horns in some of the music passages. Great sound and her haunting voice. Greet CD for jazz fans who like the old standards. I highly recommend it!

Phooey. I guess I missed out on the low price. I'm not typically a fan of this style music, but I thought I'd try it out for $10.

Just got done listening to the full album. More great SQ as to be expected. Much jazzier this time around for her. And to me, thats a good thing. I like brass and plenty of it. All and all, its more of the same, and the same is good.
