ive got a MM120 sub and am looking at a mono amp with the spec

1,800 Watts max power
500 Watts x 1 max (4 ohms) RMS
900 Watts x 1 (2 ohms) RMS
900 Watts x 1 (1 ohms) RMS

now i would think this will be enough to power the sub at a nice pace but could it be to much? would i be better to look for something not so high spec?

quick answers needed please, thanks :)

That amp will be fine at 4 ohms. The MM120 will handle 500 RMS which is exactly what that amp puts out.
