Lame customer service from NAD

I recently began having a problem with my NAD T763 receiver: I'm getting no sound out of the subwoofers in my LSi 25's when in EXT 7.1 surround mode (all is fine in 2 channel). I called the dealer I bought the unit from, and he said he had a call into NAD about the problem, but had heard nothing from them yet. I got online and subscribed to their customer service section, wrote a question describing the problem and.......nothing. That was 8 days ago! Has anyone had any interaction with NAD customer service? Does anyone have any suggestions for how I might troubleshoot this problem myself? As I said, 2 channel is fine, its just when I'm in surround channel mode where the problem comes up. The setup appears fine, or else I would think I wouldn't be getting subwoofer sound in 2 channel as well.

I've called a few times for various issues and was either helped immediately or called back within the same day. Sorry to hear abot your issues, good luck.

I've always found a phone call gets more results than email.
