Any news on this amp ? there is one up for sale in my area and I am wondering if it is worth buying ?

    wow, that's a vintage from the early 80's. I remember, a friend used to have the pair and a matching tuner. They sound good, as I recalled, but I wasn't completely wowed, they look awesome though.
    I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    they have one for sale @ 250$ CAD wondering if I should invest in this amp or not.

    It's a solid performing amp. I still have a 230 Alpha amp, matching Beta preamp, and Gamma tuner. It's the kid's jukebox rig.
