Hello, I am trying to setup my LS 70s but my new receiver doesnt have the bi-wire outputs (?)
Can someone help me figure out where to buy the biwire jumpers for these speakers? And also, how much do they cost? I am not too familiar with how/where to get them.

i think you need just what is commonly known as just jumpers.. not bi wire jumpers if I understand you right.
easiest way is to just make your own jumpers from whatever wire you use for your speakers. the wire is usually just a few inches in lenght.. say about 6 inches.
Trim away then ends of the plastic covering the wire.. and insert into each end of the pos with the pos upper and lower binding posts.. do the same for the neg posts. it's simple and easy.
here is a pic of what it should look like.
