It won't be a woman. it'll be one of the guyz for sure. although i don't want the guys who wear that much makeup to win.. so maybe the bald dude will win it all.

Last season CBS ran a show called RockStar INXS the 80's band INXS was looking for a lead singer. So they held a competition like Americal Idol.. where singers get booted off if they suck. Most do of course suck so bad. You're glad to see them get the boot.

This time a new band is forming calling themselves Supernova... it's Gilby Clark, Tommy Lee and some other dude. so they are looking for a lead singer to front this new bad called SuperNova.

I've only caught 4 episodes of Rockstar Supernova. because it sucks hard. but i'm drawn to it because it's got music in it. and the house band rocks!

He was in a little band called Metallica.

I can't believe I got roped into this piece of crap they call a TV show. But I hate Dilana, I really don't want her to win.

Dilana reminds me of something I would see in Harry Potter meets Star Trek. She appears self destructive. I thought Storm was hot at first but I dunno, she might of been a dude or something, anyway, all the so called gang signs, rap movements, were evenual turn-offs.

I see nothing wrong with the show, its easy to bash and there is sure to be some manipulation by the writer/producer and so on, these are legit rock members in this band, the singers seem to be putting their soul into the music, for better or worse, I dont suspect the band will last but who knows.

Just for future reference, please add a spoiler alert to the topic of these kinds of threads...I hadn't seen this yet.

Probably my bad as I shouldn't have clicked before I watched it...not that Storm going home is much of a surprise I guess ;-)

I agree I liked Storm thinking the band needed a female lead singer. I don't like Dilana myself, and the band members seem to wait until you're in front of them to get you voted off. Sad I say they didn't like Storm, I feel at this time they know who they wish to be with.

Storm was awesome and I think of the females she had the strongest most versatile voice. I'm a sucker for beautiful women with beautiful voices, but they never win in these kind of contests. I thought Katherine McPhee should have won American Idol too.

Something tells me RockStar Super Nova will not be fronted by a woman. And for the record they copped out last year on R.S. INXS by choosing JD who sounds errily similar to Michael Hutchence.

Delana was/is a treat to watch and certainly is talented but all her singing/phrasing is the same. Much like a Janis Joplin, etc. I thought Storm's original was the best by far and she could mix it up within the constraints placed on them by the show. My guess is Toby will be the frontman. Lucas is too much like Delana in that his phrasing and voice are always the same no matter what he sings.

Both Delana and Lucas certainly have the LOOK to be front person's, but I'm sure Tommy and Gilby and Jason don't want someone to steal their spot light.

Also one last thing.....the house band is KILLER. I'd probably buy their cd before the Super Nova cd. That drummer could drum circles around Tommy Lee with one arm and one leg.

Whaddya mean seemed, I still do :p .

Well I guess I got hooked once I saw Storm. I do like some of the covers they do. It's more or less a time filler on Tuesday evenings. I rarely catch the elimination show, though I did last night. I have no interest in voting or the many cd's and products that will follow and the only way I'd go see the concert is if they gave me the tix and a plane ride there.

For better or worse it is music related and I try to keep a wide open mind. Although A.I. sucked me in this year and I really, really hate that show......but they had a few damn impressive singers. Take away all the hype and the format and the judges and just listen to the raw talent, it's there.

Sorry to disappoint but I've been working a lot lately and I need some mindless filler once in awhile :) .

The house band is sooooooooooo good that I would much rather be their frontman if I had the choice. They can literally play any style, and have never left a singer hanging during both seasons.

I watch/listen to hear them each week, and see if Dave and crew actually know a **** about the talent they love to dog.

I agree and in really thinking about it, that's why I stayed tuned in all season and last season as well. They are a tight unit that just blows the doors off everything they play, especially that drummer. He reminds of Prince's drummer when he was touring a year or two ago. Off the charts talented and funky as hell. I hate Tommy Lee's drumming very over rated as a drummer, great showman, but a lousy drummer.

Come on Darla, Storm has a great voice with great range. Certainly not as as eclectic and entertaining as Dilana, but Dilana's vocals have started to grate on my nerves a bit the last few episodes.

I haven't followed it from the beginning but I did watch it on Tuesday and thought that storm stole the show. I thought that she was by far the most energetic and entertaining performer (hot too). It sure looked to me like Dave dug her. I just don't see what they see in Lucas. I don't get it.

u know, i am totally not interested in any of these "american idol" pos's however, i would be ecstatic if they actually had one of these kinda things for musicians, bands can live without a singer but take out the hard kick of the drums or the squeel of the guitar or the smoothness of the bass and its crap. being a drummer myself i would absolutely love to have a show about drummers, or any type of musician. that would be way cooler than a show thats already been done a laughable number of times.

Now I'm really disappointed. He had talent, but he wasn't the most talented there. It's all about the look as they won't be together very long. His look sure fits in with the band.

I'm going with the fact you actually know anything about the show. Did I mention Tommy Lee blows? They should have a show to replace him as drummer of any band. I'll bet this band doesn't amount to squat. Sorry for my negativity. I voted for Pat Benetar...
