    It robably means that the user you're trying to PM has a full inbox. But maybe not.

    Im with bliss. Surely its because the person's box youre trying to PM is full.

    With only 1 post, I kinda doubt anybody is trying to PM you.

    You can either email the person thru the forum or post a message to him here stating, "YO! whoever, clean out your PM box you lazy ****!"
