Got one of these in the mail today for around $12 shipped -http://www.cencom94.com/gpage.html8.html.
Eliminated the hum I was getting from a ground loop from my cable. If you have some cable-based hum and can't bond the earth grounds of your cable and electrical service, this is a good solution.
It's also a spike protector.
It's solid and well-made. It works with my analog and digital HD cable with no issues. Cool little product.
