No they are not. There is a later model run, named the 2.3tl, i believe. It is a more refined design with different tweeters

Tony's right. The SRS 2.3 used the SL2000 tweeters and the SRS 2.3tl used the SL3000 tweets. I believe they also had different crossovers. The cabinets looked the same but were utilized in a way that was.... shall I say, backasswards of each other.
