In the garage, and start fresh.;)
All kidding aside, you're going to have a system that might sound okay but it will be sorely lacking in many respects. Mixing a variety of speakers from different manufacturers is a crap shoot at best. At a bare minimum the front 3 speakers should be timbre matched, and for the best possible sound the entire set (5, 6, or 7.1) should be.
The idea is to create a seamless soundstage in a given amount of space. Using multiple speaker brands will not give the desired effect. The changes in sound direction will be so obviuos that it will greatly detract from the whole audio/video experience. Watching a movie will be a chore due to the distraction.
If using timbre matched speakers simply isn't possible you're going to have to select the 3 speakers that sound the most similiar to each other and use them as the front three.
My best guess at this point would be to use the RT600i's as the mains, the RT15i's as dual centers, the M3II's for side/rear surrounds. Stick with 5.1 until you can match all of the speakers.
The LSi's would make a great start to a two-channel rig, they simply won't match up to the other Polks very well in an HT setup.
The JBL's....can't help ya there.
Hope this helps a little bit. -

CS200
Two-way Center Channel Loudspeaker
&
CS250S
Two-way Center Channel Loudspeaker -
Use one for the center and one for the rear channel (6.1) Use the RTi15's for side surrounds.

use the CS250S for the front center.
