I just realized I haven't posted much lately...

But then again I haven't done much of anything lately because the wife and I are both covered in this crap...it sux. We don't feel bad, but we're miserable at the same time, had to cancel our aniversary plans, etc, etc...

The steroid shot helped a little, but apparently this isn't going away anytime soon...

What's the best way to get rid of this stuff? I'm sure I'll get a hundred different answers, but maybe something I haven't heard before.

I used to get it all the time when I was younger, one time I had it so bad I was completly covered with it and I do mean completly, even down there. You want to talk about miserable buddy let me tell you THAT was misery. The very best thing that I have ever found to get rid of it is those maximum stenth OXY pads for acne it dries it up like it would a zit and it will be gone before you know it.

When I used to get it, gasoline on a rag. You won't smell good, but you dry it up.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Check out a product called ZANFEL it really helped me alot!
Using treatments such as bleach or gasoline only created chemical burns on top of what already was a painful rash! It may work for others but I'll never use that approach again!
There are lotions that exist that neutralize the usrushiol oils that cause the rash. These are meant as a preventative and they work quite well.
Trust me on this...I have become a unwilling expert on the subject in the past few years.
I wish you and your wife a speedy recovery!
