Anyone thinking of going this year?
If I go I'll arrive in Frankfurt. Eat a sausage and have a few beers on the train platform before taking an ICE to Stuttgart.

I've been there before and can get to the tables as long as no one moves them.

Have a blast -- one unique experience, but you know that already.

I'll be here. I'm actually living in Stuttgart right now. Shoot me a PM if you will be in stuttgart more than a day or so and I'll buy you a Hefeweisen. I'm not sure if I'll hit the one in Munchen, I may just stay at the local one in Stuttgart.

I like wheat beers and am thinking of staying at a hostel for the weekend.

Slovakia? I believe you mean Bavaria. Irregardless there will be good people drinking and dancing to both modern and classic tunes.

I prefer Stuttgart's Oktoberfest also. Frankfurt is too crowded. I was stationed at Patch Bks, Vaihingen Stuttgart for 7 years..I LOVE GERMANY.

No, Slovakia. I take it you didn't see the movie Hostel. :D

I might be going there for business during that time. Advantages of working for a company that is based in Munchen... :)
