Advice on new Polk hookup

Just bought two sets of Polk speakers and an a Polk amp just wondering what you all think is the best way to wire it up. I bought one set of momo 6.5 component speakers(fronts) and one set of 6.5 coax speakers (rears). I also bought the Polk c4004 4 channel amp. I already have a 10" JL sub installed with a separate amp that gets signal from my rear speakers. My stock head unit does not have rca outs. What is the best set up to run
