Crossover?

Hi All,
I have an Onkyo TX-SR701 Amp
Polk PSW360 10" Sub but it has the internal amp from a PSW 450 giving it 150watts instead of 100 (don't ask it is a long story)
I just replaced my RM6600 speakers with a RM20 set and am experimenting with sub wiring. What would be the best crossover frequency on the reciever to set if I'm running directly to the sub with the RCA jack instead of using the L/R speaker wires. I can choose 80,100,120,150
