CS-350LS vs CS400i on my current setup

how would a cs-350LS sound vs the CS400i. I have a pair of RT2000p, and a Pair of FX500i.

Edit: the CS-350LS is under $200

    both are good speaks......I have the 400i and my buddy has the 350. The 400i is biwireable and the 350 isn't. If I could pick up the 350 under 2 bills, I would.
