Latest DIY project using SF Concerto cabinet design. Drivers are Seas aluminum.
I remember when 'broadband' meant The Go-Go's.

The sound is laid-back, imaging is very good. I still have to tinker with the x-over a bit. The one I used was designed for a flat-baffled std. box. Treble is not as bright as I would like. But these have great potential once dialed in.I remember when 'broadband' meant The Go-Go's. -
Seriously, doesn't the sound of the following phrase sound natural ?
"I came into a bit of money, so I commisioned a pair of Moreant La Scala reference speakers".
...put an accent grave or accent agu (French accent mark) over the "e" in "Moreant" for marketing (known as the Hagen Daz principle).
Seriously nice work.Sal Palooza -

sorry to dredge up an old thread, but was just looking for info on Sonus Faber Concertos and stumbled across this - wow!
I was disappointed to realize that this isn't a kit. I'm becoming really curious about DIY speakers, just for fun at this point.I disabled signatures.
