For the money this speaker rocks. It is a speaker you have to turn up to truly enjoy. I paid 200 for my monitor 30's and 129 for my Tb20's.
In the future I am going to change my fronts to 60's or 70's. Does anyone know when Polk is going to change their speakers? Maybe I can get a closing out sale.

    Home theater,

I've been suggesting (or more like bragging) about Tweeter's recent "Euro" sales since I joined. I got the Monitor 60's (called T-90ebs) for $350/pair, half off. Same goes for my surround T-20ebs, got those for $129/pair and a second pair recently for $80/pair. All NIB from Tweeter, no shipping paid.

Also, they threw in a free PSW10 sub, some promotion they were having) and gave me the full $200 credit for it when I traded up for the Mirage Omni S-12 (MSRP $800, sale price $368). Thing was new in box and cost me $181 out of pocket with trade it.

I'd check Tweeter. Not sure if the deals are still around, but they were doing whatever they could to clear out the Euro/Monitor lineup earlier this year.

    Happy Hunting!

And that, my friends, is how it's done....

    Good work Andy:)
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I like the T-90's very much. They sound very good (to me) musically, especially with a decent amp. Just running off my HK635 initially, they sounded good with music and very good for movies. I think there are an awesome deal, even at full-price.

The CSi-3 is nice and sounds good to me, but I probably should've gotten the CS2 to timber match my fronts. Tweeter only carried the RTi Centers (CSi3/5), and I had no idea what I was buying when I was buying all this stuff.

If you are on a budget and aren't a true audiophile, the monitor line seems to give great sound for the money. Could be better, but only if you want to spend 3-4X as much. Get them on sale, then save for a good sub, maybe experiment with some amps, and a solid source.

Dallas is nice, but hot as hell. Loaded up a UHaul with furniture during lunch today and almost died. Where do you live?

Dallas is much better than the other major city I lived in, Detroit :)
